Could you invent a widget that could update them all at once with the same thing?
Could you make it an iphone app and become a millionaire?
Some chat apps, like Adium for Mac OSX and Digsby for Windows, do a lot of those in one shot. Also, there’s a certain amount of cascading you could do – i.e. tie your Facebook status to Twitter updates, and have your chat client tweet the update.
Like a super geeky version of a Rube Goldberg drawing.
