They're from lesser known titles, so maybe that has something to do with it, but I think they deserve to be considered. Opal City - from Starman - If you ever read this series, you'd recognize how much love and care Tony Harris (et al) put into the design of the city. Similar to Gotham, but managing to project hope rather than darkness. Neopolis - from Top Ten - A city designed for a population of super-humans. Every single resident, down to the insects and rodents that inhabit the city have super-human abilities. Gene Ha designed a city that manages to combine futuristic with art deco with victorian and classic architecture. Here are two cities I believe were overlooked.
