		<description>Here are two cities I believe were overlooked.  They&#039;re from lesser known titles, so maybe that has something to do with it, but I think they deserve to be considered.

Opal City - from Starman - If you ever read this series, you&#039;d recognize how much love and care Tony Harris (et al) put into the design of the city.  Similar to Gotham, but managing to project hope rather than darkness.

Neopolis - from Top Ten - A city designed for a population of super-humans.  Every single resident, down to the insects and rodents that inhabit the city have super-human abilities.  Gene Ha designed a city that manages to combine futuristic with art deco with victorian and classic architecture.</description>
