The Ballad of G.I. Joe I was a grip on this. I gripped the crap out this. Well at least for the Julianne Moore and Billy Crudup segments (yes, they were both very nice). In my case “grip” meant I stood in the tech booth of UCBT and turned on the lights and played a CD player so Julianne Moore could lip sync. Matt Weir did all the hard stuff.  Bonus for UCBY-NY nerds: That’s a silver-painted plaster cast of Matt Walsh’s face on Zartan’s bureau, and when Julianne Moore leans over to the photo of Duke — that’s the Death by Roo Roo photo with his face greenscreened in its place. So you know, that’s fun.
