The gym is crowded this month, what with everyone and their resolutions. I go the gym about twice a week and perform a workout routine so haphazard and inconsistent that it probably doesn’t improve my body as much as confuse it. It’s like going into a library for fifteen minutes, reading 6 pages from the middle of a Russian novel chosen at random and then leaving. Still, I tell myself, it’s infinitely better than doing nothing.

So I’m pretty sure that a guy was masturbating in the sauna at my gym on Friday night. I say “pretty sure” because once I became aware of it (via the sound and the motion I could see out of my peripheral vision) I felt terribly awkward about looking over there to confirm.
