ok ill admitt ben affleck is great. he was amazing in chasing amy and mallrats. he also did an outstanding job in good will hunting and armmaggedon. BUT (and it a big but) you are way harsh on matt damon. you would be a fool or at least know nothing about acting if you would or could say he is a poor actor. now he did only have a small line in chasing amy but who cares. i love kevin smith . ive been to the stash and the view askew offices , yada yada yada . that doesnt mean just because matt had a small part he is any less of an actor. i thought his preformance in good will hunting was amazing and insperational. your being way to opionated and not even remotly objective. well thats my bit.

What I am saying is that Matt had the lead role and got better lines, thats why he gets the credit. But think of what the movie did for Ben, an oscar, another oscar nomination, golden globes, and lots of movie offers. So, why totally grudge matt damon, its not his fault for who likes him better.

"Good Will Hunting" than Ben Affleck. I am a big fan of both of them and I think your views are totally warped. Just because Matt dumped Minnie doesn't make him a bad person. You don't have some critic making comments on every girl you dump or like, so why should he? Just because he's famous? I don't think so. You may be dating some girl other guys think is hot but if you don't like her than you dump her and it's no one else's business. So I think Matt deserves the respect that someone of his talent should get. Anyone can write an editorial or whatever you wanna call it criticizing someone that they seem jealous about (correct me if I'm wrong) but not anyone can get with his best bud and write a oscar award wining movie, star in great movies, and still be as down to Earth as he is, or seems.
